Skill

Performance therapy puts skill at the core. If the skill is not improving, we double back on the culture and perspective part for corrective maintenance. Very carefully designed indicators are set for all three in order to identify where the strengths are and what sort of weaknesses an hinder skill development. The skill itself is taken as a very fluid concept and treated with the way more critical than anything else. For skill therapy training and teaching both go hand in hand. However project design is at a 90/10 split of training and mere concepts. Participants are kept inside a lot of pressure and heat and monitored very carefully in this arena. Skill is not just developed but also a direction is set so that one person’s skill should create a positive momentum for the rest of the team mates. The skill goes through a cycle of total awareness-sense development- practice in extreme environments- teaching and training others to smoothen the edges and all of these are done inside the core function of the participant to make sure performance doesn’t become his headache anymore.

Source Code believes in multilevel exposure and learning matrix. Our panel is surgically designed by great leaders of different industries who not only help us design projects for training and performance therapy but also honor and help training participants by giving one on one attention throughout the programs. The program participants are flown to different companies and spend personal time with them regarding the project performance and perspective development. This probably is where the therapy takes the highest altitude of learning. The participants go through a very deep exposure to best practices in other related companies, get very focused and directed attention from great names and mentors and come back with a responsibility to share and drive their home teams through this learning.

Source Code shall be engaged in profiling, training, project evaluation,counselling, panel counselling post project evaluations etc. So its not a one day class room activity that the participant goes through. The trainers and the counselors once selected and appointed to a group, accompany the participants throughout the program until performance lifts off.
